Window property there appear no processor & no ram available

If you have facing this type of problem please do blow steps. 

1. Just press “R” with Windows Button.

2. Type services.msc

3. Now Go to the right side panel on “Windows Management Instrumentation”

4. Check first it is disabled or automatic on the startup type

5. If it is disabled just right click & go to the properties

6. Then set automatic on startup type & aply

7. Click the start on service status

8. Exit it & check my computer properties.
